ATC and Old School Flight Plans and flying.

Good day,
Just curious to hear from ATC members if it is possible to file and receive ATC for 'old school type flightplans'. Not just GPS 'NAV' follow the magenta line but rather rather VOR to VOR following radials etc. It would allow the pilot to navigate old school but still have ATC for final arrival etc.

Also if there are any particular remarks to be added for those types of flight plans.

Thanks so much and kudos to all Toronto Controllers

I don't see why not, it's still a valid method of navigation.  I'd probably suggest throwing something into the remarks to let controllers know that you're doing VOR to VOR nav, but it shouldn't be a problem.
