CZYZ is happy to announce the appointment of Phil Dowling as Toronto FIR Chief Instructor.
Phil is a very long-standing member of VATSIM and brings a wealth of experience to the position. He has been an active CZYZ controller and mentor and we are very happy to have him stepping up to share his knowledge with our students.
We look forward to him helping grow the Toronto FIR and his contributions to Vatcan as a whole.
Welcome aboard Phil!
Note to all my current students: I plan on working next to Phil as an active instructor as well. Sorry, you don't get rid of me that easily!
